Accessibility policy
Accessibility is the responsibility of all our teams, managers, and the Board of Directors.
- We aim to make our materials available in plain English, avoiding jargon and legalese. Many of our services are accessed online in the initial stages which means people do not need to travel to Edinburgh. However, where digital methods are a barrier, we can offer friendly support to assist people in accessing what they would like to. We are members of the National Digital Inclusion Network, and also have other ways of enabling people to accessing services that do not rely solely on the internet.
- Where the stairs or any other parts of our building are a barrier to access, we make other arrangements to facilitate services in a convenient and confidential place.
We strive to meet individual needs and welcome feedback on how we can improve accessibility. Please talk to us about what you need.
