TWO FORMS OF ID FOR YOURSELF 

One which could be photo ID – (Drivers Licence or Passport)

Other(s) could be letters with address (utility bill etc)

To register on the adoption contact register there is a fee associated 

Low income/ student £1

Recommended £25

Pay more if you can £50
