Miss Frances Isabella Hepburn

Secretary of the Scottish Children’ s League of Pity and latterly of the Scottish National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children for 26 years. In 1928 she was made a member of the Order of the British Empire for her work with the Edinburgh Children’s Shelter.1
